Salta to Cachi

This is the city of Salta. It is much like many cities. It has its nice show off parts then its boring city parts. Here are two photos of the show off parts. They had citrus trees in the plaza. You can google a picture of an orange tree and imagine a plaza. That is exactly what it was like. I didn't bring my camera that one time.

Now for the fun part - I went on a tour up into the hights of Cachi, a drive that is meant to be the best in Argentina. I would say it was, the landscapes where incredible. All sorts of places.

This is what the 'cardon' cactus looks like when it is dead. Pretty groovy, they make stuff out of it.

This bloke sold me an ocarina. It sounds good when he plays it. Have a geezer.

Cypress Hill have a song where they say "I want to get high, so high". I feel rappers understand the worldly aspects of the human experience, being at cloud level makes me appreciate rap music like never before.

I am pretending to be a cactus. And the figure that looks like me is a cactus pretending to be me. We got on well me and those cactii.

"Clean me Che" - Legend has it that if you ask the ghost of Che Guevara to clean you're car he will grant you good fortune. He used to work in a car wash, which drove him to become a communist because he was paid in soap. His luck changed when he stopped showering.
